Ferm'Meaux Pâtes is a family farm that produces... pasta, yes, but not just any pasta. The pasta is made in the workshop from Varreddes durum wheat semolina and other local products (rapeseed, beet, eggs). The semolina is crushed by hand at Moulin Bourgeois in Verdelot. You'll find in this place - which looks like something out of a fairy tale - coquillettes, fusillis, tagliatelle, etc., sometimes flavoredwith thyme, beet... In short, a 100% local palette of flavors and shapes. We love it!
