I placed an order from € 1035 paid October 2015 cash HTVA to order, I have to resume me with three times to have an answer on the state of the order and the delivery date: the first semester 2017! One meadow finance over 2 years… if I had known…

Order online cash desk 6 bottles. They were necessary 1 week for them to tell me that the wine was not available longer after many emails. No accommodation gives, mentions that the refund was already made. It took over 2 weeks to receive and again any explanation of their part. Customer service has to re-examine because more what it was.
