This brewery has come to settle on the banks of the Loing, to offer pretty, local, artisanal beers. Production is concentrated on four cuvées: white, blonde, amber and Christmas beer. The organic production insists on respect for the terroir and artisanal methods, developing top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized beers for maximum authenticity. The beers are then aged for six months in the cellar, to allow them to express their full aroma once on sale.
