A new brewery has set up shop on the banks of the Loing, offering a range of attractive local, artisanal beers. Production is concentrated on four cuvées: white, blonde, amber and Christmas beer. The organic production insists on respect for the terroir and artisanal methods, developing top-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized beers for maximum authenticity. The beers are then aged for six months in the cellar, to allow them to express their full aroma once on sale.

Le Petit Cormier is a charming boutique that's all about diversity. Primarily a tearoom, it's the perfect place to enjoy a delicious seasonal ice cream over a cup of tea or fruit juice. It's also a gallery showcasing the work of local and Parisian artists. In addition to exhibitions of paintings, sculptures and photos, there are warm-hearted events such as mini-concerts, readings and various convivial workshops. Strolling through the premises, you'll also discover a delicatessen and decoration section.
