Gilles Goursat is master cheese, ensures a home refining, and his boutique at sublime scents is rich in cheese productions. All France is represented over the seasons: tomme breeders of Savoy, tomme of Termignon, alpine beaufort, ossau-iraty rubbed to pepper d, affiné maroilles hundred days, herve to beer, téranga - goat cheeses to pepper, basil or pepper -, abundant typically… and-marnais, seine-et-marnais cheeses are in front with the bries and fontainebleau, the fromages of the seine. cream surrounded by a thin gauze. Speciality of the house: brie surprise - two bries without cream-filled crust, cognac and Roquefort. And Odile is pleased to learn about each cheese.

Excellent reception, very attentive and friendly shops with their guests and their choice, cheese that have a perfect command of their knowledge of the products and guide you according to your tastes and expectations. very wide choice of cheeses from all regions and very varied refinings, I do not hesitate to take the 60 mi separating me from Fontainebleau (Orly) to buy my cheese. I highly recommend this brand.

I surprised by the previous commentary. I ordered for December 24th cheeseboard. My guests and me even were happy! Exceptional and original products for the festivals (including a cammenbert with truffles, Brie de Meaux to roquefort.) A magical moment for the tastebuds! although there was a little waiting but is worthwhile for such products! I recommend this good address highly!
