This place is reserved for equestrian competitions - stumbling breaks - and other equestrian events. Possibility to practice the winter polo, the winter shape of the game on a ground in sand and with a leather ball. No riding level is required: one of the magic of the polo is to learn to ride horseback by playing. In 2012, the European Pony Championships took place there. Ideally located in the forest, at the gates of the city, this 18 hole golf course (by 72) contains a splendid Anglo-Norman club. Drawn by Tom Simpson (British golf architect) in 1920, this 1909 journey (one of the oldest in France) is recognized as one of the most beautiful in the country and even in Europe (it was recently ranked 6 th best European route by specialists in discipline!). It offers a real adventure between rock, heather, juniper and very many bunkers (102). Open to all during weekends, the weekend is only reserved for members or their guests (except in July and August). Proper attire required.
