At the aptly named Salamandre, the cuisine could be described as gastronomic, so refined and delicious is it. It has to be said that a crack team is at work in the kitchen, working wholeheartedly with fresh, seasonal, quality ingredients. And the alchemy works, delighting the palates of guests who come to to rub shoulders with the home of kings. In a convivial setting, you'll enjoy succulent dishes accompanied by carefully selected wines (partridge; pork tenderloin; saddle of rabbit...). And you'll be blown away by the desserts.

Excellente cuisine avec des produits de choix et bien travaillés . Je recommande l’œuf parfait . Le macaron à la framboise . Ça réveille les sens . Les vins +++

Je donne rarement 5 étoiles - mais ce restaurant obtient 5 étoiles et 5 diamants. Tout, du début à la fin, a du goût, une cuisine créative, des ingrédients parfaitement assortis et généreusement servis. La présentation est à son meilleur. Le personnel est attentif mais pas trop, ce qui est encore mieux. Une perle rare. Si vous êtes à Fontainebleau, ne le manquez pas.
PS : Allez-y avant qu'il ne devienne l'étoile de Micheline, mais à coup sûr l'étoile de Cristina !
