At the aptly named Salamandre, the cuisine could be described as gastronomic, so refined and delicious is it. It has to be said that a crack team is at work in the kitchen, working wholeheartedly with fresh, seasonal, quality ingredients. And the alchemy works, delighting the palates of guests who come to to rub shoulders with the home of kings. In a convivial setting, you'll enjoy succulent dishes accompanied by carefully selected wines (partridge; pork tenderloin; saddle of rabbit...). And you'll be blown away by the desserts.

Je voulais un endroit qui me surprenne, aller au resto pour me nourrir je peux le faire chez moi. Tout est parfait, les plats reduits mais utltra frais, l'associatio des saveurs est incroyable. Bref, c'est un endroit a ne pas manquer. Pour ma part, ce restaurant a contribué a un magnifique week-end en Amoureux sur Fontainebleau.
