At the aptly named Salamandre, the cuisine could be described as gastronomic, so refined and delicious is it. It has to be said that a crack team is at work in the kitchen, working wholeheartedly with fresh, seasonal, quality ingredients. And the alchemy works, delighting the palates of guests who come to to rub shoulders with the home of kings. In a convivial setting, you'll enjoy succulent dishes accompanied by carefully selected wines (partridge; pork tenderloin; saddle of rabbit...). And you'll be blown away by the desserts.

Malgré la carte contenue, les amuses bouche, entrée et plats étaient très bien exécutés.
Le bar manquait par contre un peu de féculents en plus des champignons.
Nous n'avons pas commandé de desserts, mais le chef nous a offert 2 moelleux au chocolat à l'olive qui étaient délicieux.
Très apprécié pour finir le repas sur la note sucrée.

Cuisine : rien d'extraordinaire,plats peu gouteux ,je m'attendais à mieux selon les avis,prix élevé pour un repas très moyen.
