Passionate about the vine, Maxime and his family took the plunge in 2020 and took off "a childhood dream". The estate has not been handed down from generation to generation, and the name is a far cry from the traditional Medoc châteaux, but it's one of those atypical properties that we like to come across on our way. The estate, which is certified organic, offers fresh, easy-to-digest natural wines, and clearly identifiable cuvées, right down to the ultra-graphic labels, produced on a human scale. Visits by appointment only. A wonderful discovery.
