The 125-hectare farm provides educational support for students at the Lycée Bougainville, who then sell their produce at the Halles, located behind the school. The produce on offer includes organic fruit and vegetables, both raw and processed (soups and veloutés), Charolais beef and veal on request, and honey from the beekeeping workshop. Vegetable seedlings and aromatic plants are also available for sale.

In the town center, a gourmet address run by two young women, one from the region and the other from Luzzara, in Emilia-Romagna. It was from there that the desire to create an Italian grocery store was born, and today it brings its rays of sunshine to the heart of Seine-et-Marne. The catalog focuses on artisanal products in all segments: cold meats, cheeses, fresh pasta, delicatessen products (oils, dried pasta, coffee, etc.) and antipasti, ready-made meals and desserts! At La Grange aux Senteurs, flavors change with the seasons and, above all, with your taste buds: Cluizel chocolates in ballotins or in bulk, Baudat honey, calissons, almond paste, gingerbread and other sweets, as well as coffee beans, over 100 varieties of tea and some 30 infusions. So, in autumn, you can comfort yourself with Oolong chestnut tea, and in summer, refresh yourself with Dammann Frères iced tea or Gemelli ice cream. The aptly named Coin Gourmand, located in rue de l'Eglise, has a tempting window display that beckons you to take a sweet but refined break. Inside, a few tables and outside, a pretty, well-arranged terrace, in bloom in fine weather, ideal for enjoying an ice cream or fruit juice and why not a few sweets. The nougats and chocolates here are excellent, as are the teas and coffee beans, ground in the store. So you can do your gourmet shopping here with your eyes closed, because the quality is top-notch!
