This delicatessen opened its doors in 2016, thanks to two enthusiasts, Alexandre and Rosila Kulas, who have a wealth of experience, including working at Galeries Lafayette Gourmet. Winners of the 2019 Trophée du jambon de Paris supérieur and the 2022 vice-champion de France du jambon blanc, the quality of their products and service is second to none.
