Papilles et Papillons' mission? To make inclusion rhyme with catering, to change the way people look at mental disability. Managed by the ESAT de la Ballastière in Libourne, part of the APEI du Libournais work center, this restaurant is like no other (or almost like no other), training its workforce to become waiters and kitchen assistants. Two key words: tolerance and kindness, with a simple menu and a few à la carte dishes based on fresh local produce. There's a meeting room upstairs.

Le personnel fait le maximum pour être aux petits soins des clients.
Tarif E/P/D à 18€, imbattable en plein centre de Libourne, compte tenu des plats proposés.
Beaux dressages avec beaucoup de goût.
Nous reviendrons assurément.
