An old-fashioned décor for an old-fashioned know-how. Among the Dupuy, stone-grindstone crushed flours and dough worked with a hand mixer produce very good breads. A method that has been tried and tested for a long time for a tasty result. You will fall for one of the baguettes - the Limousine (with less salt) or tradition for example - or for the country bread with natural sourdough. In any case, don't leave without a few almond tiles, or a puff pastry, or a Tatin tart, or a few fluted, or a Saint-Honoré : they are irrésistibles  !

Muy buena pastelería en el centro de Paris, muy buenos precios y con terraza para poder sentarse a tomar un café.

Petite boulangerie, bonne pâtisserie. Tarte tatin vraiment à goûter.

Boulangerie découverte par hasard et quelle bonne surprise! La tarte tatin est à tomber avec ses pommes confites à la perfection et le flan est bien onctueux. Le salambo/gland, à la crème pâtissière généreuse et bien alcoolisée, est juste délicieux. Pour moi c'est l'un des meilleurs de Paris J'y retournerai pour tester d'autres gourmandises même si je trouve les viennoiseries moins appétissantes à première vue que les gâteaux.
J'ai testé depuis ma première visite le millefeuille qui est une tuerie également !

Classic Parisian bakery we went to every day. The petit choux and apple tarts are perfect walking treats to take along while you explore Paris. The ladies speak only French but are very patient and will throw in a couple extra treats (which I took as an encouragement to keep practicing my high school French)
