J'avoue tomber des nues en lisant des avis 1 étoiles quand on sait que les équipes du Petit Ballon sont joignables facilement par téléphone ou par mail. De mon coté je me suis trompé dans mon achat et j'ai eu une solution trouvée en moins de 24h par contre au lieu déposer un avis ici qui ne permettra aucune réponse efficace, j'ai simplement contacté leur service client. Simple, efficace, cela fait plaisir... Bref mail et téléphone sont faciles à trouver, tout dépend si on souhaite résoudre son souci ou juste raler pour raler mais bon ça c'est encore plus Français que le vin non ?
