We would offend Nicole Barthélémy if we said she was a good cheese... Charming and passionate, she is one of the best cheese makers in the capital thanks to the quality of her products. More than 200 varieties of French or foreign cheeses, on display or in the shop's cellar. Depending on the season - because according to her, it's all about the season - we recommend her airy Fontainebleau cream, one of her specialities (whipped cream with fromage blanc), her sublime Comté du Fort Saint-Antoine, her Mont d'Or or her Brin d'amour. Also sold in his very popular shop, fine groceries (jams in particular), wines and Poujauran bread.
