Ampelos is the vine in ancient Greek. Rue de Bourgogne was opened and bears this name in honour of Louis de France (1682-1712), Duke of Burgundy and son of the Dauphin. Hervé Beaudron is an aesthetic, a passionate man who leaves nothing at random. You will find in the cellar only the best. Colours, bottles, labels are a poetic prelude of words and colours before the tasting of these nectars from the highest French know-how. A cellar must not miss the passion.

I passed by chance street Burgundy after an appointment in the area. Wine lover I was attracted by the designer very classy and simple De Ampelos.
There I quickly included that I did not have business with a seller plonk, but with an enthusiast of wine. On the one hand one has it by the selection of bottles available, however, as soon as you enter contact with the wine merchant you will quickly feel the passion that plays.
If you want to explore exceptional wines or simply to be some not a bad choice, I recommend to pass through.

Depuis la place du Palais Bourbon, tout amoureux de Paris est magnétisé par la charmeuse rue de Bourgogne… Alors, il s’y aventure et découvre, au 31, Ampelos, l’écrin où sont présentées les plus précieuses bouteilles que le maître des lieux a sélectionné avec science & amour. Sommelier-caviste, Hervé Beaudron sait nous conseiller. Petits rosés de soif, vins de bordeaux prestigieux, champagnes au frais, il y en a pour tous les palais et toutes les bourses. Elegant shop with eclectic wines in numerous prices for my needs. I found advice custom-made and a sommelier wine merchant who took time to advise me. Time stolen in time! A wine merchant rue de Bourgogne that is not invented and it organises tasting in the presence of winegrowers who often ends at the restaurant opposite. I strongly recommend it that changes us impersonal universe channels .........
