Ampelos is the vine in ancient Greek. Rue de Bourgogne was opened and bears this name in honour of Louis de France (1682-1712), Duke of Burgundy and son of the Dauphin. Hervé Beaudron is an aesthetic, a passionate man who leaves nothing at random. You will find in the cellar only the best. Colours, bottles, labels are a poetic prelude of words and colours before the tasting of these nectars from the highest French know-how. A cellar must not miss the passion.
