Opening hours are extensive: the restaurant is open late into the evening from Tuesday to Saturday (until 8.30pm). J’ai été très agréablement surpris et heureux de trouver une cave proposant un large choix de produits et des très bons conseils de la part des cavistes présents
Benjamin oriente avec grande amabilité et savoir-faire les clients vers le choix le plus pertinent selon leur demande.
Que ce soit pour une réception ou une bouteille à savourer dans l'heure qui suit.
Il la rafraîchit "chill" et hop le client repart avec ses bulles à la bonne température.
