Enfin de délicieux gâteaux oh oui! Beaux, peu sucrés et savoureux! Je suis devenue une adepte depuis cette découverte. Je suis enfin réconciliée avec la pâtisserie que je peux partager avec mon ami diabétique.

Un très bon accueil dans cette petite pâtisserie rue du Bac. Nous avons goûté à une délicieuse bûche au chocolat, légère et parfumée qui nous donne fort envie d'y retourner.

Best refined sugar free patisserie out of the three places we tried in Paris! The big plus is they only use natural unrefined sugar so no alcohol sugar. So achieves low glycemic index whole having a sweet treat without intaking any harmful alcohol sugar! The tartlet was creamy, had depth in the flavor and was not too sweet. Especially loved the chocolate hazelnut tartlet which also went perfectly with a black coffee.

Only downside is the patisserie is only for takeout and has no seating.

Je ne pensais pas laisser un avis sur le Net mais finalement je vous partage mes impressions.
Le concept est vraiment pertinent au niveau glycémie mais :
. les gâteaux sont arrivés chauds et coulants, ce qui gache totalement le plaisir;
. il est mis de petites étiquettes sur les desserts, quasiment pas visibles pour les mal-voyants,
. les délais de livraison sont incompréhensibles alors qu'ils sont prohibitifs.
Et je ne parle pas du service clients qui m'offrent 10% sur la prochaine commande pour les désagréments. Non merci.
