This shop is a lovely candy box. You may say that it is normal, since Boissier has made sweets and, more broadly, confectionery his main speciality. And it has been going on since 1827, the year in which Bélissaire Boissier created what has become a true, if not venerable, sweet institution. Whatever the variety, Boissier candies are always beautifully presented in charming round boxes, like powder boxes. But they are not the only stars of the brand. There are also chocolates - for a gift, don't hesitate to offer the Chocolate Petals - and especially the marrons glacés which, like wine or coffee, have their crus here (Ardèche, Piedmont...).
