Chocolate is like wine or coffee, there are grand cru ones. Patrice Chapon knows this very well and offers tablets made from cocoa beans from the best sources and that he roasts himself. Ah les mousses au chocolat de chez Chapon... Une institution !!! Il est même difficile de choisir entre les 5 goûts disponibles, mais pour ramener un dessert lorsque l'on est invité, il n'y a rien de mieux !!!
