Heaven that they are beautiful and light these cakes angel who landed in our capital without making noise! It seems that the Japanese are crazy… They call them the cakes cloth… These small treats are taken away or they have the particularity of taking care of our line. Behind all this, Youlin Ly, the boss of the Sola restaurant, and Aya Tamura, a custard of Alain Ducasse and Thierry Marx, is the fairy fairy.

Une petite patisserie japonaise moderne. Les angel cakes ou chiffon cakes ne sont pas originaires du Japon, mais s'y sont tellement développer qu'on les associe désormais sans ciller. Ceux de ciel sont vraiment excellents, je ne suis pas une grande amoureuse des gâteaux à la crème, mais soyez rassuré, c'est dans un nuage que vous allez croquer. Et ces saveurs... bien que la carte change régulièrement je vous recommande: matcha, fleur d'oranger à accompagner d'un matcha latte, ou d'un bon whisky Japonais. Ittadakimasu!
