This is an address that gives the cabbage to the taste of the day by giving it fantasy. According to Lauren Koumetz, the mistress of the places and a love of cabbage, it would be a certain Popelini who would have invented the batter in the th century. Anyway, even though it's not him, this little candy, queen of wedding cakes, gave ideas to Lauren who knows his case well— his father is on the orders of Letter Macaroons, a known pastry from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Every day, choux come under different scents that can go from simple lemon or tiramisu, through Earl Grey tea, vanilla rum, the litchi strawberry, the Bailey's, milk chocolate and fruit conflict, and many others in the mood of the chef. From 1,85 € to 2,95 € the room, 11 € the 6, 21 € the 12 and 38 € the 18. In 2013 the novelty is the cabbage cake with a base paste base available in two sizes and two fragrances.

The puffs were really really good, sweet but with a bit of sourness and the customer service was on top!

My family and I walk everywhere in Paris just so we can eat our way through the city! This might be one of the best pastry bites you can experience while you are in the city. If you are in the Marais - you must stop by!
