In this new concept the chocolate Maker Jean-Paul Hévin highlights the great cocoa crus. On site or to take away, you can discover them in tablets, hot chocolates, macaroons or pastries. The boutique is superb, the decoration gives rise to gourmandise thanks to the colors of white cream and cocoa… All the little chocolate marvels are perfectly aligned or laid under bells.

If you love chocolate, look no further. This is as good as it gets. The macarons, in particular, were smooth, delicious, yet not overwhelming. Amazing experience if you love sweets.

What a bummer, my fave chocolate shop has really gone downhill. Unfriendly, basic service (probably the same dude mentioned here by other unhappy folks). I was traveling back to Nice and wanted my chocolates in a box, apparently you can only get a box if you buy the prepackaged chocolates. If you want to select your own you get a cellophane bag. Literally every chocolate shop in Nice will package your purchase in a pretty box with a nice ribbon and a smile, not here. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get €50 worth of chocolates that have been crammed into a tiny bag back on the train with all my luggage and have them not be destroyed. Very shabby for a supposed luxury shop. I’m sure the snobby clerk will be happy to know they won’t see me again.
