This is Benjamin Turquier's second bakery, which replaced "Wheat sprouts." It already has a shop not far away at 134 rue de Turenne, 134 RdT. Names that appear out of a James Bond movie… An authentic decoration on the background of stones and exposed beams. The tradition are really worth the move, the Tower de stone is a good bread to cut the knife, and the bread on leaven of cider is original. The brioche with candied fruit is excellent. Cakes are correct but at Benjamin Turquier bread is really the best.
