Christophe Louie, who went to Italy to train with the panettone master, has perfected his panettone-making skills using natural sourdough. The result is extraordinary. In addition to different versions of this pastry, including a savory one, this house of goodness offers breads, travel cakes (cakes, madeleines) and flans.
