GROM
If you know a little about Italy, you certainly know that ice is an art. In 2002, Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom sought the best agricultural products in the world in order to offer the ICE that makes the difference. Their principles are well defined: only fresh and seasonal fruit from the best consortia in Italy and the Grom farm of Mura Mura, in Costigliole d 'Asti, no dye or chemical additives; and the sorbets are made to the Lurisia mountain water. The result is a high quality ice cream. Sorbets are all vegetated and Sicilian granities.

I got the pistachio and hazelnut, personally didn’t love the pistachio as much as others I’ve tried in Italy, but it’s still worlds better than any other french ice cream!
En revanche le biscuit du cône est un peu dure à mon goût.
