This small round bread is also used to make delicious burgers (special mention to pastrami) than for a sweet version. The pastry chef Julien Abourmad is at the helm: Sweet buns are filled with leche dulce and caramel, gianduja chocolate, hazelnut shrapnel, and lychee and cream. To taste it as a small salty snack, Papa Boun and his colourful spirit should delight gourmets!

In parallel with the 2nd arrondissement boutique, Papa Boun, the temple of the boulangerie, now has a new shop at the Beaugrenelle Shopping Centre (15th)!

Restaurant à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Nous avons très bien mangé et le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Je recommande !

Un restaurant sympathique offrant de la bonne cuisine, avec une mention spéciale pour l'aligot, idéal pour les amateurs de fromage. Le choix pour les végétariens est assez limité, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon compromis entre prix et qualité. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les bières spéciales à la pression, mais attention, elles sont assez fortes en alcool. Le service était agréable et rapide, rien à redire. C'est un endroit que je recommande sans hésitation.
