Nestled a stone's throw from the Louvre, behind the imposing porte cochère of a 1717 mansion, Distillerie de L'Arbre Sec is Paris' first micro-distillery dedicated to gin. Their gin, distilled on site in a Holstein still, is a skilful blend of rigorously selected plants, spices and flowers. Here, you can also take part in workshops to create your own gin using 12 mini-alambics, as well as tours of the workshop followed by a tasting session.

Atelier de Gin - Nous sommes venu pour un atelier de Gin et je ne peux que recommander de le faire ! Charlotte (une des fondatrices), nous partage sa passion pour le Gin, dans un lieu, qui est vraiment très beau et chargé d'histoire ! Plusieurs cocktails sont servis pendant l'atelier ainsi qu'une assiette apéro. Tout est très qualitatif ! Vous y trouverez une magnifique salle avec un nombre incalculable d'ingrédient pour la préparation de votre gin, qui se fait, via de petits alambiques. Je recommande ++ et j'ai hâte d'ouvrir ma bouteille récemment crée ! Au plaisir !

My wife and I had a great time at our Gin Making Workshop! Our teacher did a terrific job explaining how gin was made and how it is flavored and the various types of gin as well.

We are looking forward to enjoy our bottle!
