Nestled a stone's throw from the Louvre, behind the imposing porte cochère of a 1717 mansion, Distillerie de L'Arbre Sec is Paris' first micro-distillery dedicated to gin. Their gin, distilled on site in a Holstein still, is a skilful blend of rigorously selected plants, spices and flowers. Here, you can also take part in workshops to create your own gin using 12 mini-alambics, as well as tours of the workshop followed by a tasting session.

Venu pour un atelier distillation nous n'avons pas été déçu entre théorie et pratique charlotte nous transmet sa passion avec simplicité et légèreté. Je recommande a tout amateur de spiritueux.

Très agréable moment passé à la distillerie, charlotte est une vrai passionnée. La prestation vaut totalement son prix en plus d’avoir pu créer notre gin nous avons pu déguster différents cocktails et une assiette de petites choses à grignoter. Nous avons appris beaucoup de nouvelles choses dans ce lieu magnifique.

J'ai eu la chance de participer à une dégustation ainsi qu'à un atelier de réalisation de gin à la distillerie de L'Arbre Sec, animé par Nico. L'accueil a été impeccable : chaleureux, professionnel et attentionné dès notre arrivée. Le lieu est superbe, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et dans un style très actuel, ce qui crée tout de suite une atmosphère agréable et conviviale.
Nico est un passionné qui maîtrise parfaitement son sujet ; ses explications sont claires, précises et captivantes. On sent qu'il aime transmettre son savoir et partager son univers.
C'était une expérience unique, authentique et vraiment enrichissante , loin des activités classiques que l'on peut trouver ailleurs.
Je recommande sans hésiter !
