Born in 2022, the boutique du Paon qui boit is a very special cellar, as it is the first alcohol-free cellar in France. On site or via the online store, you'll find no fewer than 450 products, including de-alcoholized wines (yes, it exists and it's even good), beers and cocktails, as well as fermented and plant-based drinks like kombucha. A great initiative for those wishing to reduce (or stop) their alcohol consumption. Tasting workshops are held regularly.

Installed not far from the canal of Ourq, in the heart of the street Eugène Jumin, it is a small blow of heart of the team. Always straddling the quality, here, we take you seriously! You will find in its cellar all the love that one can carry for the good wine, beautiful references and serious and benevolent advices. Edward Jalat-Dehen decided to open his own Parisian brasserie in a former 400 m² metal works. This former casual entertainment worker surrounded himself with friends in love with Paris and beer like him to set up this project. Their ambition? Offer the most local artisanal beer, while respecting the environment: Paris water and malt from different French regions (will one day come from Paris). Five beers evoking mythological creatures (Sphinx, Cerberus, Oliphant...) are constantly on offer, but the Brasserie de l'Être also creates them through its collaborations (the Love Craft). They are to be found in particular in the cellar Ah ! La pompe à bière, just next door. But, thanks to the taste menu on the website, you can find the nearest place to your home to buy some.

Own brands, exclusive products, all the regions of the French vineyard are represented as well as foreign vineyards.

A few steps from the beautiful park of the Buttes Chaumont, this cozy restaurant where it is good to spend a dinner with friends, offers the sale of natural wines. The latter are tastefully selected by Gilles Bénard, owner of the premises. Far away from the basic standards, or from these few bitter organic red grayers, the references presented here are excellent, unfiltered, unfiltered and not sulfitted, and often from organic grapes.
