Edward Jalat-Dehen decided to open his own Parisian brasserie in a former 400 m² metal works. This former casual entertainment worker surrounded himself with friends in love with Paris and beer like him to set up this project. Their ambition? Offer the most local artisanal beer, while respecting the environment: Paris water and malt from different French regions (will one day come from Paris). Five beers evoking mythological creatures (Sphinx, Cerberus, Oliphant...) are constantly on offer, but the Brasserie de l'Être also creates them through its collaborations (the Love Craft). They are to be found in particular in the cellar Ah ! La pompe à bière, just next door. But, thanks to the taste menu on the website, you can find the nearest place to your home to buy some.
