This beautiful place is one of the few restaurants to have survived the slaughterhouses. Brass suspension fixtures, leather banquettes and immaculate table linen: this is brasserie style! Traditional French gastronomy takes pride of place here: Burgundy snails, Dauphiné ravioli, scallops in season, with beef the undisputed star. Tartar, flank steak and sirloin heart, rib steak and rib, tenderloin: the choice is yours. Irreproachable desserts such as baba au rhum and a lovely terrace for fine weather. A hotel completes the ensemble.

Sans compter l attente entre les plats, (45mns environ entre l entrée et le plat) la serveuse (attentionnée) propose à mes amis de réchauffer…le plat attendu arrive…mes amis ont mangé leur entrée tiède…
Leur viande moyenne…pour une brasserie réputée c est qd mm étonnant
Je signale ce dysfonctionnement, pas de geste commercial…
Bref plus jamais !
