The Laurent bakery has been sold and retains the name known in the neighborhood for its "La Patrie" wand which is exceptional enough and retains well. Organic bread is also of excellent quality and in times of the galette of kings, this bakery is unavoidable. Everything is done in a artisanale way and almost all or almost is prepared before you. On the other hand, there is often the world and the waitresses do not have the time to babbling with customers what is often taken for lack of reception.

Très agréablement surpris par leur galette qui mérite bien le prix remporté. Personnel agréable. Prix abordables.

I can't recommend this wonderful place enough. Everything is magnificent and fresh 10/10. I stayed down the street during my visit and popped in whenever I needed a little something. I even took some mini galette frangipane back home with me.
