Alexandre Planchais, a young baker, reigns over his lab while his wife is in the shop, assisted by adorable ladies. The carefully designed layout of this pleasant bakery makes it easier for the service to flow smoothly, but always as smooth as expected by the bosses, see below. The baguette is very good, the Tradition is delicious, as are the pastries, the very fresh and generous sandwiches, the pastries... The apple specialities are always very much in demand, as are all the products made up ici ! The only drawback: the welcome, sometimes expeditious (on the days of our visits in any case). We will overlook it, because the products are very fresh.
