The baguette of Alexander Planchais was ranked in 2008 among the top ten in Paris. And it's deserved because the cooking of its tradition Baguette is perfect, the crust well craquante, the dirt alvéolée and light. But it's not just starring. Alexander has composed a wide range of breads, some are organic, one to spelt. Its pastries are of a classical nature, as are its pastries.
