Well-known in northern Paris, the Recyclerie is an unusual place where a restaurant, a bar, a repair shop, a garden, an aquaponics greenhouse, and numerous workshops and events come together. Come and enjoy an aperitif, a drink on the terrace, or tapas, for example. Later in the evening, you'll appreciate the house cocktails. A place we love, but one that has unfortunately cut back on its opening hours: it's now open from Friday to Sunday...

Ne cherchez pas une ambiance soft clean, mais chaleureuse avec néanmoins des plats très bons et des prix très corrects le tout avec le sourire ????

J'ai testé la formule brunch à 27€ composée de :
- Café et thé à volonté + 1 verre de bissap (boissons globalement pas incroyables)
- 1 plat salé parmi trois options, j'ai pris les légumes rôtis/quinoa/ricotta (très sympa)
- 1 viennoiserie (le croissant est délicieux)
- 1 dessert parmi 3 option (j'ai pu tester le moelleux aux pommes et le cookie vegan chocolat noir, les 2 étaient vraiment excellents)
Cadre extérieur très sympa avec la voie ferrée ! Une bonne adresse pour profiter d'un petit écrin de verdure dans Paris. Pas d'attente pour le brunch un samedi.

Menu is fine but ambiance and atmosphere makes the place top notch. It’s quite chill and huge, you can work there, chill with friends or just bump into some occasional flea market inside the place. Its fully self service cafe, so do not expect someone will come and ask you for your order.
