Kevin Lacote's house. In his laboratory adjacent to his shop, he prepares sublime pastries guaranteed without dyes. Among his creations are Pakâni (cocoa shortbread, chocolate mousse, pecan praline, pecan financier, cocoa crumble) and Kara Damia (semi-salted caramel, coconut dacquoise, milk mousse, macadamia nuts, sweet pastry). If the choice is too difficult, we opt for an assortment of delicate miniatures. When it's time for a snack, we sit down in the tea room to enjoy KL Churros accompanied by a homemade hot chocolate.
