Pascal Vogt, a great wine enthusiast and a graduate in tasting, has recently taken over a tasting school, just a few steps from Wagram metro. His Vinischool specializes in highly specialized tasting, wines that are rather top of the range. Choose your format: Vertical (tasting of several vintages of the same wine), Horizontal (tasting of the same vintage of great wines from the same region), blind tasting or selection of champagnes, and learn to recognize and enjoy wines with participants as qualified as friendly. Oenology courses are open to both beginners and those who are more experienced. A beautiful way to learn wine differently!

Initiation en petit groupe à la dégustation à l'aveugle, passionnante et passionnée, grâce à Pascal qui est incollable et prodigue de bons conseils tout au long de la soirée. Le support papier est très bien fait et la mise en pratique très approfondie (dégustation de 7 vins). Le cours m'a permis de savoir mieux parler du vin et de ses caractéristiques tout en apprenant à discerner mes goûts.

Excellente soirée de dégustation avec Pascal, première expérience de découverte pour ma part : 7 bouteilles dégustées, une approche pédagogique et ludique déroulée en 3h30 . La passion l'emporte sur la technique pourtant conséquente donc le temps passe très ( trop?) vite même pour un débutant, expérience à réitérer et vivement recommandée, encore plus sympa à plusieurs ;)
