This recently renovated swimming pool (reopened at the end of January 2019) has two long pools of 25 m and 12.50 m respectively. The average water temperature is 28.5°C. The place is clean, spacious and bathed in light thanks to large bays. Lines in the large pool can be reserved for experienced swimmers, including one for those with fins. The children will be delighted in the small pool, with its large slide, fries and boards. By raising your nose a little between two fathoms, you can see through the glass roof the top of the bell tower of Saint-Odile church. Those who dream of tranquility will have to go their way: for its quality, this pool is very popular.

This park occupies the location of the ancient tracks of Des. They were purchased by the City of Paris on the occasion of the Olympic Village Games Project 2012. Entirely in stainless steel, it is set outside on a surface of 896 m ². Completed in December 2007, it consists of a quarter with a height of 1,80 m and 2,20 m, high for 6 m wide, a first funbox of 80 cm high for 3 m wide with a trunk of 9 m high, a second funbox of 80 cm high for 3 m wide with a trunk of 6,40 m with a top table, a chassis 40 cm high for 6 m long, from a 1,80 m high-speed launcher/right 6 m high and a middle ramp 2,40 m high 9 metres wide. One of the best spots in the capital.

In the 17 ^th district, the Léon Biancotto sports centre offers complete facilities for sports associations. Swimmers and divers can batifoler in the 12,50 metre long pool, amateurs of flying, volleyball, handball, basketball, basketball and hockey have a gym with layout, and climbers have their climbing wall. Outside, there is an illuminated soccer ground, a seven-foot football field and an athletics area.

Founded in 1969 by Alain End, this family aikido club of about members is one of the oldest in the capital; it brings together conviviality and experience. Three teachers (5 ^th, 4 ^th and 2nd dan) are passionate about this whole world. Affiliated with FFAAA, he proposes a traditional method of teaching aikido, recognized by the Tokyo Aïkikai, the institution that governs this martial art in the world. Courses are at all levels, from beginners to highest grade, and last 1 hour on average. They're focused on movement, which makes them quite physical. Work with weapons is not forgotten and plays an important role in the course of learning. Finally, the members, 35 on average (2/3 men and 1/3 women) are several times in the year invited to courses where several masters or Sensei convey their knowledge. A rare chance in Paris.

The Krav Maga Paris Ouest is with its 250 members, one of the most important clubs of Krav Maga Self Defence of the capital. It was founded in 2006 by two former students of Richard Douieb, Mickaël Obadia, black belt 4 ^th dan, the highest degree behind the master and Benjamin Serfatis, black belt 2 ^e dan. The club is affiliated with the European Federation of Krav Maga, which guarantees, in the content of training, consistency and guarantee of quality. The courses take place in two different locations. Either at the Léon Biancotto gymnasium (17 ^th), at 2, rue Commandant-Guibaud in the 16 th arrondissement. The courses are provided by the two founders and Jimmy Huvet, also black belt 2nd dan. All levels are accepted, with at the end of the season the possibility of passing belts. Two key poles are here, self-defence and combat. All the techniques of the maga krav are, of course, addressed according to the degree of progress of each of the participants. To go further, themes are organized every two months. It is an opportunity to perfect its defences against the attack on the stick, the knife, react against the threat to the gun, deepen its bases in self-defence or prepare for the examination of the passage of the belts. A club reference to Paris!

This little club, rather family in mind, has nearly 70 members. Members who meet every day of the week on the two club grounds. The first one is a course found at the Aurelles de Paladine in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The second, always discovered is in synthetic turf and is located in tennis at the porte d'Porte in the 17 ^th. A state-run teacher and an initiator plan the courses. They take place for adults on Wednesday evening from 20 am to 22 pm on the Site site and on Thursday from 20 pm to 22 pm on the site of porte d'Porte. Those reserved for children as part of mini-tennis or tennis school are Monday from 16 AM to 18 PM, Tuesday from 16 am to 17 PM, Thursday from 16 AM to 18 PM and Saturday from 13 PM to 17 PM. Finally, internships are organized during school holidays.

Located near Porte de Clichy, the Ecole d'Arts Martiaux (EAM) Frédéric Méjias teaches a wide range of martial arts disciplines, whatever your level, from the age of 6. This veritable institution, which also has numerous branches in France and abroad, also organizes training courses. The aim is to teach, pass on and share, in keeping with tradition. Interested? It's a must.

A club affiliated with the French Federation of Hanball, the CSMF handball welcomes and leads two senior teams. 

The Leon Biancotto gymnasium is the club's main gymnasium with its four double ground. Count € 150 per year for new members.

The principle is simple: We subscribe to a minimum of 19,90 € per month and once a month we receive two bottles selected by Jean-Michel Deluc, former chief sommelier of the Ritz. For each bottle he concocted a video and a tasting sheet. For more prestigious names it is 39,90 € per month. Delivery is done either in Relais points selected by the Petit Ball or at home.

For more than years, this school has welcomed many Parisians. They come first for the special ambience of the courses. They feel the motivation and the joy of living so communicative of teachers. Different dances to two are taught: Salsa, tango, paso, rock, etc. The mix is made and that is fine! Three levels of course allow everyone to progress. Whatever the period of the year, you can register for courses; there is hardly any hesitation: the first is free. The premises are well equipped. Two rooms, rooms and showers are spread over 300 m ². Really cool internships are regularly organised as the «special wedding» course, which learns all the techniques and advice to the future bride to open the ball.

The Culinary Lab is an original cooking school to discover many recipes and practical tips that can then be reproduced at home. Different themes are on the agenda: modern cuisine, wellness, molecular, French, world cuisine and pastry. The workshops, 100% participatory, each have their own dedicated teacher. Culinary demonstrations can be organized as part of special events such as a bachelorette party, a wine of honour or a birthday.
