He has the malicious smile of a kid, the untouched passion of the beginning, and he has fun with the food to create breads in the original shapes and tastes. A baker and a Baker's son, Yves Desgranges is now working in family, with his own children. It must be said that they are the fifth generation of Desgranges bakers. When he doesn't travel around the world or does not work on his latest invention «a musical bean», this artisan since 1966 has just invented bread. It creates, on order, flavoured breads, with artichoke, bridge-the bishop, candied oranges, or onions, sweetened bread, and even fun as a madman with his written breads, which he cooks upon request. And what to say about its pastries that make all envy or its catering radius that is a push-in-crime… We don't even want to cook because everything is so well done and so well presented…

Quand je dis plus rien c’est plus rien même le pain ils rangent tout devant vous… je sais pas la maison desgranges mais si vous marquez 20h l’horaire de fermeture c’est 20h non pas 19h45?
