OMS Paris 15, led by Benoit de Lamberterie and his team, is committed to actively supporting the arrondissement's sports clubs. In a difficult health context, many clubs have seen their membership numbers decline. The OMS has therefore organized several exchanges with clubs to identify their material, human and financial needs. The aim is to draw up a long-term support strategy for the clubs.

The 15 th arrondissement has 14 post offices. The Convention has a financial adviser space, free service of postage, self-service kiosks and photocopiers. The offices open until 20 p. m. are as follows: Beaugrenelle, Welcome, Boucicaut, Citroën, Convention, Sorry, Duplex, François Bonvin, George Brassens, Lourmelle, Desnouettes, Saint Lambert, Volunteers, Vouille. All the offices in this district are accessible to people with reduced mobility and to the visually impaired.

The Japanese public law foundation was created in Japan in 1972 in order to promote international friendship and mutual understanding. The Foundation of Japan is represented by the Maison de la culture du Japan in Paris. The Foundation organizes a wide variety of cultural programmes based on exchanges of people in areas as diverse as Japanese study, arts, publishing, media and cultural life. Invitations to travel to Japan with fellowships are awarded to researchers, artists or journalists. The Foundation also supports Japanese teaching programs worldwide, participates in the development of Japanese art abroad, organizes exhibitions and performances of artists from all over Japan. Also in a desire to broadcast Japanese culture abroad, the Foundation has a programme of assistance in publishing and translating Japanese works or on Japan, and distributes throughout the world audio-visual equipment, Japanese films, or offers aid for the production of films in Japan as abroad.
