This French, and not Belgian chocolate maker as you could believe it, conquered gourmet guests with quality ingredients at more than reasonable prices. In 1986 created by Philippe Jambon, Jeff de Bruges was born from the desire to combine two great traditions of chocolate: Belgium for the perfect mastery of all the manufacturing processes, and France for the creativity of the recipes and new combinations of flavours. The name chose the "blue colour duck" to stand himself. The collections grow rich over the years: the ballotins are the stars of the house but we also liked the shelves, the bark, sweets for children, the fruit jellies, the marzipan, etc.
