Guillaume Cailleaud has renovated and modernized his small shop which was founded in 1973. His Tradition baguette made from Label Rouge flour is worth the trip, as is his country bread. On the pastry side, he is a bit like the king of bakery pie. He also participated in the competition for the best apple pie in Ile-de-France and placed 20th. For lunch, the Cailleaud house offers sandwiches, pizzas, puff pastries, quiches and salads for people in a hurry. And the formulas are quite interesting.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming bakery, which was conveniently located just around the corner from our Airbnb. On our way out of town, I stopped in and was absolutely blown away by their large raspberry macarons, filled with a rich, velvety cream. The flavor was simply divine—the raspberries were incredibly fresh, and the cream was indescribably delicious. I only wish I had discovered this bakery earlier in my trip, as I would have made it a daily ritual. If possible, I would love to arrange for these macarons to be shipped to the USA to satisfy my cravings.

Très bonne boulangerie de quartier. Accueil très sympa, la dame du matin souvent débordée même à 6h30 reste agréable et par les demoiselles de l'après-midi. Des pâtisseries appétissantes et très bonnes. Bon Rapport qualite/prix ????
