Guillaume Cailleaud has renovated and modernized his small shop which was founded in 1973. His Tradition baguette made from Label Rouge flour is worth the trip, as is his country bread. On the pastry side, he is a bit like the king of bakery pie. He also participated in the competition for the best apple pie in Ile-de-France and placed 20th. For lunch, the Cailleaud house offers sandwiches, pizzas, puff pastries, quiches and salads for people in a hurry. And the formulas are quite interesting.

Acheté un gâteau d’anniversaire honteux, la gélatine est beaucoup trop épaisse, des fraises pas fraîches, un gâteau qui s’effrite et tombe sous son propre poids. Autant pour 12 euros on pourrait comprendre une telle qualité mais 32€ c’est du racket, anniversaire gâché tout simplement…

Petite boulangerie bio au pied du tram 3a et 3b et du métro Porte de Vincennes. Idéalement située. Le pain, les viennoiseries et les pâtisseries sont excellents et à des prix abordables. Menu sandwich boisson et dessert pour le midi.
