Guillaume Cailleaud has renovated and modernized his small shop which was founded in 1973. His Tradition baguette made from Label Rouge flour is worth the trip, as is his country bread. On the pastry side, he is a bit like the king of bakery pie. He also participated in the competition for the best apple pie in Ile-de-France and placed 20th. For lunch, the Cailleaud house offers sandwiches, pizzas, puff pastries, quiches and salads for people in a hurry. And the formulas are quite interesting.

Dany je suis cliente de cette boulangerie depuis 14 ans excellent pain tradition extra pains spéciaux bio c est un régal parlons des sandwichs qui sont fais avec des produits frais et les pâtisseries et viennoiseries sont particulièrement alléchantes ne passez pas à côté

Very good bakery I recommend it all for people seeking a good bakery in 12th. The bread is the right excellent especially around millstone and pastries are to be particularly crunched paris-brest and the illuminated from I am a big fan. As for the service is efficient

Je suis cliente de cette Boulangerie depuis 4 ans et je vous la recommande. La tradition est excellente ainsi que les viennoiseries et les gâteaux. Une bonne adresse dans le 12 ème.

Ce n'est serte pas une vraie boulangerie, le pain et la baguette sont fades, les gâteaux ne sont pas du jour et sans goût, les sandwichs les ingrédients ne sont pas du jour la baguette oui enfin bref à éviter!!.
