Guillaume Cailleaud has renovated and modernized his small shop which was founded in 1973. His Tradition baguette made from Label Rouge flour is worth the trip, as is his country bread. On the pastry side, he is a bit like the king of bakery pie. He also participated in the competition for the best apple pie in Ile-de-France and placed 20th. For lunch, the Cailleaud house offers sandwiches, pizzas, puff pastries, quiches and salads for people in a hurry. And the formulas are quite interesting.

Parcontre déçue du au quantités
je retire une étoile car la taille
des viennoiseries sont trop petites et la demie baguette fait pas taille du demie
on dirait que la taille de la baguette est partagé en 3.vraiment trop petite.
Je suis cliente depuis plusieurs années.Mais je n'achèterais plus chez vous.
C 'est dommage.sinon on y est bien accueilli et vite servi dans l'ensemble.
