The Other Boulange is held by Denis Durand, a baker trained by his predecessor and his stepfather. He took over while adding his personal touch. He has thus pursued a certain tradition by making a bread with a leaven all that is natural, certified organic and fired in wood fire. He opened his range to gluten-free breads, which brought him a new clientele, and also offers black bread, bread to seeds, etc................................................................................................................................................... Also taste regional pastries, cookies, muffins or simply the excellent nature flan: It's certainly what's best when it's done perfection like this.

Je prends des bugnes et je demande 100g. Je ne regarde pas le moment de la pèse et le commerçant me demande le prix correspondant à 100g tout pile ce qui m'interpelle. En rentrant je pèse les bugnes et l'ensemble fait 80g. Il n'y a pas de grosses sommes en jeu mais je trouve ça scandaleux.
