Very nice organic bakery.
Homemade for sure, some of the patisserie make look less appealing than in other fancy bakery, the bread is very good.
They have some rare items my daughter loves. The bugnes is so good, they have been selected as the best Flan at some point and I cannot recommend it enough.
The person in charge is always welcoming. Maybe not the most fancy bakery you’ll see around but a very local one.
I have tried all the bread items and didn’t take other patissery rather than some eclairs which never disappointed. The pain au chocolat aux amandes was terrific !

Service top, rien à dire. Mais les pains que j'ai achetés (baguette, complet, tourte de seigle) étaient tous secs. Dommage, car j'ai déjà acheté du pain à l'"Autre boulange" Nation quelques fois, et c'était très bon.

Je prends des bugnes et je demande 100g. Je ne regarde pas le moment de la pèse et le commerçant me demande le prix correspondant à 100g tout pile ce qui m'interpelle. En rentrant je pèse les bugnes et l'ensemble fait 80g. Il n'y a pas de grosses sommes en jeu mais je trouve ça scandaleux.

C’est une bonne adresse notamment pour les gâteaux… les crêpes sont divines, la polonaise vraiment extraordinaire, gâteau aux marrons et flan top !!! Quiche à parfaire… le service qui laissait à désirer s’améliore

Boulangerie que je connais depuis plus de 20 ans qui a eu des hauts et des bas .
Mais actuellement elle est au top , les vienoisseries sont bonne et gourmandes , les gâteaux aussi .
Le pain est fait avec de la farine de qualité.
Le vendeur est très sympathique .

Cette boulangerie se targue d'élaborer ses produits avec de la farine bio, c'est très bien. Mais quand on fait du bio, on essaie d'être cohérent avec cet engagement .. Or les pains sont déjà tranchés et emballés consciencieusement dans des films plastique. A l'heure où la pollution plastique est reconnue fléau mondial, cette pratique est choquante ! D'autant qu'elle n'existe pas dans les autres boulangeries du quartier, bio et non bio.

Flan périmé avec des traces de champignons, tarte industriels (des camions les livres tous les matins de tartes déja faites) et endroit mal entretenu avec présence de souris sur la façade, à éviter!!

When I think I had feast myself so much with a small tart caramel/walnut a few days ago with the canteen…

bread perfect: taste of leaven, not too sweet, conservation perfect, dense, filling, organic.
friendly and helpful.
I prefer the bread shop of the other boulange located place de la nation, the decor is more contemporary.
