The Other Boulange is held by Denis Durand, a baker trained by his predecessor and his stepfather. He took over while adding his personal touch. He has thus pursued a certain tradition by making a bread with a leaven all that is natural, certified organic and fired in wood fire. He opened his range to gluten-free breads, which brought him a new clientele, and also offers black bread, bread to seeds, etc................................................................................................................................................... Also taste regional pastries, cookies, muffins or simply the excellent nature flan: It's certainly what's best when it's done perfection like this.

Homemade for sure, some of the patisserie make look less appealing than in other fancy bakery, the bread is very good.
They have some rare items my daughter loves. The bugnes is so good, they have been selected as the best Flan at some point and I cannot recommend it enough.
The person in charge is always welcoming. Maybe not the most fancy bakery you’ll see around but a very local one.
I have tried all the bread items and didn’t take other patissery rather than some eclairs which never disappointed. The pain au chocolat aux amandes was terrific !
